I have Xfinity so I get 1024GB a month I stream a lot from my Plex and YouTube so I kind of just check my data usage a couple times a month and see how much I have used if there is 31 days in the month I can download about 33GB a day so if I watch less streaming I can download more but if I stream more I can download less but I always try to use my 1024GB a month whether streaming or downloading.

Quite variable depending on my current interests, hdd space and good quality releases. anywhere from 40gb to over 300gb per month

More like 10-15gb. I only download what I like to watch.

Not that much really, depends on when I download and those are ussaly bigger sized torrent if i can find them
