I am traveling to Germany in the coming week and I have heard that laws there are strict with respect to piracy and Copyright. So downloading torrents will be a problem, the best solution I searched for is a VPN service which can let me download torrents anonymously. Now the question is which service should I go for , choosing a wrong one can get me in to trouble cause I can't afford IP leaks while downloading. Any help will be appreciated!

True, there are certain vpns that are monitoring your connection. However, there are a few review sites that you can read on like bestvpn.co or anything u like. But do read the complete info about the vpn before u make a purchase. The entire Europe is getting strict with these laws.
