THIS is the horrifying moment a suspected knife attack victim flees a five-star hotel after her throat was slashed.

Dashcam footage shows the panicked woman, 20, running across traffic in a dressing gown as she clutches her bleeding neck.

The driver, who wished to remain anonymous, told The Sun Online: "It looked like a horror movie.

"There was blood coming from everywhere and you could see that she got her throat slit.”

She later collapsed in the street as armed police swooped on the five-star Hilton hotel in Manchester on Monday afternoon.

A girl aged 17 and a woman, 20, were seen being led away in handcuffs — with the teen in pyjamas. They were later quizzed on suspicion of attempted murder.

All three had been staying at the upmarket Hilton Hotel in Manchester after a glitzy party for the 17-year-old’s birthday.

On a night out that included a meal at the city’s exclusive San Carlo restaurant, the glamorously dressed sisters, one a law student, were pictured with bottles of fizz

Four men in their twenties were also arrested with one held in the Hilton’s busy cafe on Monday morning.

Horrified witness Anthony Hilton, 32, who works nearby, said the victim had rushed out of the hotel “in hysterics — she was moaning and screaming.

“It looked like her throat had been slit — it was about two or three inches long. There was a lot of blood on her. Her top was covered.”

After the woman had flagged down passing police she was given emergency treatment on the ground near the hotel for neck wounds said to be “serious”.

It has not yet been made clear exactly how her throat came to be slit.

Onlooker Sasha Ray, 42, said: “Her legs were moving up and down as if she was having a fit.”

After the victim was released from hospital last night, Det Insp Patrick Goodrich said: “Thankfully the injuries were less serious than first thought, but we could easily have been dealing with her death — the thought is terrifying.”

A crime-scene cordon was still in place outside the 279-room £150-a-night hotel — a popular haunt for celebrities including members of the Corrie cast and football stars.

It’s located in the 47-storey Beetham Tower, where local football legend Phil Neville owns the penthouse.

He put it up for sale last year for a whopping £3.5million.
