Both religion and ghosts are fake.

Not sure about aliens.
But personally I think aliens are just very advanced humans instead of them being aliens.
For example it can be humans with space ships. We all know humans don't have space ships but what if some humans actually have?

We are all made up of energy, when we die that energy has to go somewhere.
But where it goes is the big question, maybe this energy is what some people refer to as ghosts.
We'll never know?????????????????

maybe the energy just becomes one with the universe, an other question is does the energy disperse or stay intact after it leaves lol

so as in energy leaving the body could they also be along the lines of spirit leaving aka afterlife or am i going along the wrong lines (im not blonde but am female remember lol)

I believe this energy is your spirit, maybe it goes into new life and it's a constant cycle: )

yea of course that would be psychologically more pleasing, but then again population of humans has increased so it kind of goes against the recycling of this energy to an other newborn,

That energy you are talking about is nothing more than than your body functions (your blood flowing, your digestion, your heart beating and all that). It slowly drains out if you die of a disease or simply from natural causes. If you suffer a fast death, it rapidly dissipates. And that's it, you cease to exist.

I believe there is a scientific explanation for everything. Even emotions are biological reactions, although we tend to think otherwise.
