THE porn star wife of Korn’s lead singer Jonathan Davis has died aged 39 - on the same day he filed a restraining order against her.

Deven Davis had battled drug addiction and substance abuse for 20 years.

She married the ’90’s rocker Jonathan Davis - famous for metal hits like Freak On A Leash - in 2004.

“The Davis family is brokenhearted over the devastating loss of Deven Davis,” a rep for the band told Page Six in a statement on Friday evening.

“We ask that you respect their privacy—and the privacy of those close to the family—and allow them the space to mourn in private.

"We thank you for your love, understanding and prayers of support during this difficult time.”

Deven was found dead on the same day her estranged husband had filed for a domestic violence restraining order.

The temporary order, which was issued by a judge, blocked the 39-year-old from having any child custody visitation for the couple's two children.

It also prevented her from having any contact with the family dog, Chaos, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Troubled Deven had not been seen for a week before her body was discovered.

The pair split in 2016 citing irreconcilable differences - although never formalised their divorce and even appeared together in a New Year's video wishing fans a happy 2018.

Jonathan claimed Deven had a drug dealer boyfriend who passed out on her couch when he brought the kids to see her.

He claimed he found a heroin pipe and cocaine floating in the toilet bowl and found Deven unconscious on the floor upstairs.

Deven had been in rehab six times and her husband claimed in the court documents that she was "constantly under the influence of the nitrous oxide, cocaine and Norco
