MADELINE Marx, 24, is now a convicted sex offender.

The former Cleveland school Year 11 substitute teacher must now report two police every 90 days and can never again work with anyone aged under 18.

But she will not go to jail.

The Dayton Daily News says Marx, who confessed to oral sex with a 17-year-old male student and intercourse with a 16-year-old, has received five years probation for two counts of sexual battery. Both assaults allegedly took place in parking lots.

She was accused of ‘inappropriate sexual relationship’ with a third student, involving sending nude pictures via social media.

The judgement was handed down late last week.

“I cannot express how sorry I am for what I’ve done, especially to the victims and their families,” Marx reportedly told the court.

Marx worked in the Oakwood and Kettering schools. She had held her teacher qualifications for little more than a year.

Her behaviour came to the light of authorities after a school student reported lurid schoolyard gossip to the principal.
