AN ISIS terrorist was pictured stalking Parliament as he plotted to bomb Downing Street and behead Theresa May.

Chilling CCTV footage shows Naa'imur Zakariyah Rahman strolling through Westminster as he hatched his evil plan.

Rahman, 21, of Finchley, North London, wanted to launch a "full frontal assault" on the gates of Downing Street with bombs hidden inside his rucksack and jacket.

In the mayhem that followed he planned to rush the door of Prime Minister May's home at Number 10 and kill her.

Dramatic drone footage captured the moment the ISIS fanatic was arrested just days before he was set to carry out the suicide mission last November.

Rahman, from Finchley, North London, was found guilty of preparing acts of terrorism in Britain.

Today at the Old Bailey he was jailed for life and will serve a minimum term of 30 years.

Mr Justice Haddon-Cave said: "You will have plenty of time to study the Qur'an in prison in the years to come.

"You should understand that the Qur'an is a book of peace; Islam is a religion of peace."

He added: "Rahman is a very dangerous individual and it is difficult to predict when, if ever, he will become de-radicalised and no longer be a danger to society."

Midway through the trial, he admitted helping his friend Mohammed Aqib Imran to join IS in Libya by recording an ISIS sponsorship video.

Imran, 22, from Birmingham, was found guilty of having a terrorist handbook after the jury deliberated for 13 hours.

Rahman was snared by a network of undercover counter-terrorism officers from the Metropolitan Police, the FBI and MI5.

In Telegram messages sent to undercover MI5 spies he said his objective, encouraged by his uncle who had travelled to Syria, was "nothing less than the death of the leaders of parliament".

Rahman recorded a martyrdom video swearing allegiance to Islamic State which he sent to accomplice Imran, 22.

He planned to use the video as a "Gold Card" to travel to Syria and be accepted into the ranks of Islamic State.

Rahman came to the attention of police in August last year when he was arrested on suspicion of sending indecent images to underage girls, but never charged.

An examination of his mobile phone raised concern he may be harbouring extremist views.

After his uncle's death, he became even more determined and turned to the internet for help in his attack plans.
