People should brush their teeth in the dark in order to get a good night’s sleep, says one neuroscientist.
According to Professor Russell Foster of Oxford University, the fluorescent light in bathrooms wakes people’s bodies up, just when they should be winding down for bed.
He suggests that something as simple as people brushing their teeth with the lights off could help them to fall asleep more quickly.
