    Thanks!

I was seeing if there were any new buying options besides the usual.

Your country is supported from all the companies man. And also has too many ATMs. Shouldn't be an issue to get some cryptos!

Sure, but please be more specific because it always gonna be based on your personal preferences and requirements. For example: Which coin / token / crypto are you buying? How much are you buying? which currency are you trading? desired location? do you mind submitting your identity on a KYC process that takes several days? or you prefer anonymity? how urgent do you need to close the deal?

I give you some useful recommendations for regular amounts:

Let's say you're residing in European Economic Area and you have a bank account, a smartphone and don't care submitting your personal information to a company. Then the best and cheapest option so far with 0% fee is:

    Code:
    https://getchange.com
If you're in USA, and again you have a bank account and don't care about KYC then Bitstamp charges are 0.25% instead of the popular Coinbase (1.5% fees).

    Code:
    https://www.bitstamp.net/
    Code:
    https://www.coinbase.com/
If you're non-US citizen and have an international credit card then ChangeHero is the best way, their fee is 1.5% and you don't need to submitting documents waiting days for approval. Similar to Changelly but their fee is much higher (5%). Highly recommended.

    Code:
    https://changehero.io
If you're in Nigeria or South Africa and again you have a bank account and don't care about account verification process then Luno has a good reputation and fair prices.

    Code:
    https://www.luno.com
If you're in South America, you have plenty of options and rates:

in Brazil probably Foxbit, they charge you a fixed amount of satoshis per transaction.

    Code:
    https://foxbit.com.br/
in Argentina, buenbit (better than the Brazilian Foxbit) at a 0,60% or a fixed 0,00005 BTC fee.

    Code:
    https://www.buenbit.com/
rest of South America it would depend on location but bitINKA is also cheap 1.18% and accepts multiple international currencies.

    Code:
    https://www.bitinka.com
Asia, I don't know but a lot of people mention Huobi, Bithumb, OkEx. They're all different maybe someone can give you their opinion.

    Code:
    https://www.huobi.com/?lang=en
    Code:
    https://www.bithumb.com/
    Code:
    https://www.okex.com
if you're a pro trader operating multiple currencies then 1BTCXE has 0 fees. But again you must qualify.

    Code:
    https://1btcxe.com/index.php
if you don't a have a location because you're traveling a lot then coinmap will help you explore available local traders for a face-to-face meeting, you'll negotiate the fee obviously. valid for both buying & selling.

    Code:
    http://coinmap.org
if you're a whale looking for OTC transactions non-disclosing your identity is much harder finding cheap deals, it would depend on location and is always subject to reputation. And please always be aware of scams.

    Code:
    https://bitcoin-otc.com/
    Code:
    https://localbitcoins.com/

Hope it helps you and others.

Coinbase allows you to buy bitcoin using credit-card BUT it depends if your credit-card company allows buying crypto. Majority of credit-card companies are not allowing buying crypto, atleast in North America.

Not a lot of discussion of this on here, but if you're not too nervous, selling physical products for currency is pretty secure and sometimes safer (information wise) than trying to buy with a card. Both locally via craigslist/local sales pages and on many .onion sites, you can exchange non-cash goods for btc and other currencies, although it pays to be safe if you are trying to get a large amount.

If you aren't squeamish about meeting people, used cars are a relatively safe (and legal) option, at least in my area. The reason this is sometimes preferable to cash is its harder to walk off with a physical object, and people are more willing to do the labor of acquiring btc if they like what you are trying to sell.

I don't know how it all works but I heard that you can buy property in Athens using such currency. What other fields can you use it in?

I am from Singapore, and I use coinbase.com.

    But don't like it, though.
