I want to know that what is a scam that everyone talks about ?

Situation 1:
If one trades a account of Tracker X with a Tracker Y
and after a day he see that Tracker Y (That he got the day before) is disabled
is it a scam ?

If it was disabled because it was a hacked account then that's the scam

how do i know that it was a hacked account

i dont mean to be harsh on the user , but actually i lost both the accounts the day after i got them
and i couldn't even use them a single day

so i dont have any proof that it is of his doing
so if i open a dispute against him (though he is a new user)
it will be like directly assaulting him , and he will be a suspected member or something like that

so i wanted to know that what is scam exactly
is scam is only in buy and sell

or scam is also there in trading ?
