AMERICA'S first sex robot brothel has been blocked from going ahead after a city council made some last-minute rule changes.

The Toronto-based owners of KinkySdollS were set to open a store in Houston, Texas, so punters could "rent" and romp with a robot before deciding to buy one.

But their plans to sell the £1,900 ($2,500) latex lovers were met with fury and officials yesterday voted to block them from operating at the proposed location.

Houston City Council updated its rules on sexually orientated businesses that would bar customers from trying out sex dolls on the premises, the Chronicle reports.

They altered the definition of an “arcade device”, which is used to view adult content, to include an “anthropomorphic device”- or one with human characteristics.

The Texas city already bans sexually orientated firms from operating within 1,500ft of churches, schools, day cares, parks and residential areas.

The KinkySdollS' proposed location, which would include private rooms for romping, is a few hundred feet from the city-owned Anderson Park.

Mayor Sylvester Turner said the amendments updated “loopholes to make the ordinance more current,” specifically with regards to changing technology.

He said: “I think the change in the ordinance will certainly capture businesses of this kind and would prevent businesses from operating in the way that this one has been described."

But brothel owner Yuval Gavriel, who opened a branch in Toronto Canada a year ago, said is he talking to lawyers about suing the city overs its decision.

The bot businessman hopes to open 10 more in America by 2020, claiming: "The States is a bigger market and a healthier market, and God bless Trump."

At his flagship store in Canada, customers get 30 minutes of "intense pleasure" for £17, while an hour will cost £70 and it's £120 for a two-hour session.

The more expensive bots with AI features can even talk dirty.

Legal prostitutes in America last month said sex-bots "encourage disrespect toward women" and want to stop them from "proliferating".

It comes as Russia’s first sex robot brothel opened in Moscow offering dolls with heated privates who’ll "talk dirty" and "moan with pleasure".
