THIS is the first picture of the three-year-old girl who was killed by an exploding inflatable ride in front of her mum.

Devastated Chloe Littleboy, 25, watched as her daughter Ava-May was catapulted 20ft by an air-filled trampoline bursting in the heat.

A lifeguard and paramedics attempted to save Ava-May but could not revive her on the beach in Gorleston, Norfolk, United Kingdom.

Ava-May’s aunties — Chloe’s sisters — led tributes to their smiling “beautiful angel” as an investigation into the tragedy got underway.

Her aunt Laura Reid, 28, wrote on Facebook: “I will love you always and forever. Sleep tight my little angel.

“My everything my princess! Until I see you again my heart is broken xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.”

Ava-May’s aunt Abbie Littleboy, 21, added: “Me and our family would like to build a memorial bench for our little Ava.

“Please take a read of our story and help raise money for our beautiful angel.”

In a crowd-funding post Abbie wrote: “On 1st July 2018, 3 year old Ava-May Littleboy tragically lost her life after a bouncy castle exploded on Gorleston beach, Norfolk.

“Her family would like to kindly ask for donations to help fund a child’s bench in memory of Ava that will be put in her local park of Somersham, Suffolk.”

Police confirmed Chloe was watching the youngster, from Somersham, Suffolk on the Bounce About attraction, in Gorleston, Norfolk, when it exploded.

Superintendant Roger Wiltshire, from Norfolk Constabulary, said: “My understanding is that the mother had a conversation with the stall holder and the child went on the equipment.

“The trampoline was designed just for one person to use and she was the only person there at the time. As far as I understand her mother was watching nearby. I am a dad myself and I cannot imagine what the family are going through.

“You go to a place like Gorleston for a day out and then this happens.”
