A 15-YEAR-old boy has been stabbed repeatedly during a fight in Enfield, north London, police have said.

The attack took place at around 8.15pm and the boy was taken to hospital in central London.

The Metropolitan Police say officers were called to the junction of Derby Road and Lincoln Road, Enfield following reports of a fight.

London Ambulance Service and officers attended and found a 15-year-old male suffering from stab injuries.

One man was arrested at the scene for possession of an offensive weapon but he is not believed to be involved in the attack on the victim.

Scotland Yard said inquiries are ongoing to trace the suspect.

The incident comes after two teenagers were subjected to a 'violent and sustained' gang attack in Enfield.

As the Lawless London bloodshed rages on, the two 16-year-old boys suffered multiple stab and slash wounds in the attack in Ponders End in the borough.

Shortly before 10pm, the two victims were attacked by a gang of up to four males who were armed with knives in the High Street close to Ponders End Park.

The two teens were chased and attacked near a food market in during the September 23 attack, Metropolitan Police said
