Deluge fo Seedbox...more agressive in peering and downloading, it's forcing all resources.
uTorrent 1.8.2 (the best version of all) for Windows 7, it doesn't crash so often like other clients and simple to use it.

PlanetMaster (from thepiratebay a long time ago) is working on a CU tracker that's going to impress.
In the meantime, I'm loving rutorrent on seedbox and utorrent for local machine, when I need to grab something from a public.
