Every tracker start from 0 and some of them reached on the top Level trackers.

But nowdays its too hard for a tracker to get high up . Most of the new trackers dies soon cause they cant afford bills or dont have much users / uploaders etc .

We are not going to see any new tracker getting real high in the next years i think , we already got enough trackers .
