nCore content is terrible, scene maybe for as far as quality goes look somewhere else. If you're like me and you want retention and keep the best I'd say underrated trackers would be uhdbits (mostly all hdbits release) rightsize, crime, don, ebp, viethd, fty, tayto, ctrlhd...

That is true, I never liked ncore, it is just an xxx tracker with some scene releases and applications. IPT,TD and filelist are much better in terms of content, design and community.
In my own point of view, the special and the good tracker is the one that has exclusive content even not big which you can't find easily or you can never find in other trackers.
This way, PTP is very over rated tracker as all is there is just scene releases and some P2P releases.
Almost all Vietnamese trackers like HDUnited, TorViet and UHDBits are under rated although they produce very good quality and exclusive and top quality content.

If I may throw in my bit: definitely IPT....however from what I have seen, Xspeeds is certainly also one to watch
