In here is gonna be the list where you sell an account you are able to change either the pass, email or both without getting banned
post here some trackers that you know what you can do either or or both, also included are workarounds

-GFT-	country IP change automatic ban, can trade within same county IP, buy with email
-HD-Torrents-	doesn't ban IP change and/or changing email/password
-HDBits-	very risky to change email when buying account, workaround: buy with email, change email pass and account pass
-iTS-	disables account when ip and email both change, workaround: buy with email, change email pass and account pass
-karagarga-	no problem if email and pass change
-learnbits.me-	no problem if email and pass change
-MagicTorrents-	bans country IP change, not sure about same country IP + pass change
-MusicVid-	its risky - sometimes it banns, sometime it doesnt, if you wanna take the risk only the IP that crated the account can change the email, then you can trade, or of course sell with email and change pass of email and pass of account
-Norbit -	IP is safe - not sure about email change, sell with email and change pass of email and pass of account,
-nCore-	IP change is safe - Safe to change email and pass - I believe it takes a week for the email to change
-PirateTheNet (PTN)-	country IP change account gets banned, buy with email and change both email and account pass and also make sure ur from same country
-Pedro-	contry IP change + pass change i think disabled, buy account with same country IP and change pass only, so buy with email
-RevTT-	IP change is safe - Safe to change pass, not sure about email, only the IP that crated the account can change the email, then you can trade, or of course sell with email and change pass of email and pass of account

-TorrentLeech-	disables account when ip and email both change, workaround: buy with email, change email pass and account pass
-thevault.bz-	risky when IP and details change
-WhatCD-	disables account when ip and email both change or ip and pass change, change pass and email within three days or so from each other (careful i would just buy it with email and change the email pass, and change the pass of the account three to four days after the bought account)
-Waffle-	can't change email, workaround: buy with email, change email pass and account pass
-x264-	very risky to sell account, i think it disables on country IP change automatically

On TT you can change pass and mail right away never had any problems.

Kryp thanks for the additions but could you be a little more specific please, for example for the ones that disable, is it when you change email and pass together, or even if you change pass only it still disables because the ip is changed, also do yo uknow of a work around for these trackers that can be sold as account, even if it means just selling it and you cant change anything, but just because ip change it should still be fine

On Bithumen it takes a week before the change of email.

Each account must have a different email and a different username than the other accounts.

Don't wait to change it when you decide to trade the account.
It's too risky to change the email and trade the account after 5 minutes...
And of course it's even more risky to trade the account and the new owner to change the email !!!

It's safer to change the email NOW and to continue using the account from the same IP for a while. If you ever decide to trade/sell it in the future, you are taking a smaller risk.

But don't forget that trading accounts is always dangerous, so discuss with the other trader/seller the possibility the account to get banned.
Or deal with trusted guys, that always refund if an account gets disabled.
