Other than that , I already had an account with IPT but the site's category is abit complicated which both Apps and Apps tutorial are listing in the same category.

If anybody has any suggestion regarding to software and software development tutorial . I would very much appreciate to get your suggestion in both warez site and torrent tracker.

IPT is generally very good for software (all kinds) I usually get my software needs from there. It easily beats SCC, TL and TD in terms of software content

Ipt is my fev. also. They have much more content than any other for apps.

If you're looking for a tracker that supplies software for ALL of those systems I'd recommend a general tracker, just as the previous posters have. So IPT would definitely work. If you're looking for something more specialized I would recommend Brokenstones which is for Apple products

I did some research for you and found some of these

warez bb a DDL site - i think you can register without an invite. not positive
ChattChitto "music and movies but the primary focus is software.Excellent selection,no malware"

and also some other general private trackers were recommended:

TorrentDay
TorrentLeech
and what used to be Demonoid. Although you could try to get an invite to d2.vu and see what they have there.

Indeed http://www.warez-bb.org/ is your best option. There's also http://www.dl4all.com/ which is pretty good.

Nobody mentioned what.cd
They have a good collection as well & good seeders of course.
Other trackers on which you can find softwares are TL IPT TD.
I would recommend What.cd & IPT
