I'm looking for a tracker for movies to supplement IPTorrents.
I like x264 and x265 movies at low bitrates with English subtitles.
The tracker can't be extremely tough to get into like PassThePopcorn.
The tracker also has to have a Bonus System.
What are my best options?
Also, the tracker needs to be mostly in English.
Try Bit-HDTV and HD-Torrents. The latter has actually given out some temporary invites so you will find some giveaways for itQuote:

If you want low bitrate encodes or rips, I don't think HD-Torrents and Bit-hdtv are good choices because they have quality encodes at high bitrates, I mean you'd better try public trackers where bitrates are extremely low. English subtiles are almost everywhere, try subscene if you don't find built-in subtitles.

i think x264.me is what you are looking for. small size br and dvd rips.

FileList and nCore aren't in English, so they're out.
I'll be on the lookout for TorrentDay and x264.me invites.
Yes, x264 has small size of encodes, but it's lack of content. If you can, don't know what you may get, but you should try Karagarga too, maybe and a PrivateHD?
I think what you're looking for is PixelHD.
It is an HD tracker with great quality encodes in small size (around 4GB mostly). From my experience, it is the best when it comes to that!
They have a bonus point system, cool design and active community.
Altough invites are disabled, it is really easy to get into this tracker through their applications (I got mine within 24 hours).
