If you meant games that can be played on the net ptfiles is good. They have a lot of arcade games and a lot of interactive games as well. You can also earn upload credit playing those games. Other sites have games like betting / blackjack where your upload credit / points are used.

If you meant a site to download games to your pc then BCG is the best site.
