This is a tough question.. If you need to consider a tracker in terms of content, one should have to put what.cd at the top of the list. However, the staff of what.cd is a real ***hole (well if any what.cd staff is reading this, you guys can PM to learn what the hidden word means) and once in a sudden, you may find your account getting banned for no reason or just for surfing over TI.org... So I would say, waffles is a lot better. At least you wouldn't get a ban for surfing over this site.

Seeding is never easy on the trackers so that shouldn't be a factor for comparing the trackers, unless one offers freeleeches, etc.

Any of those trackers have old(er) techno / house releases? Am looking for releases like for example Magda - Shes A Dancing Machine 2006 (won't post the full scene release name). Trancetraffic does not have it (anymore).

Honestly, my favorite is a non-music tracker: rutracker.ru. The amount of FLAC and lossless music there is incredible. Not to mention they have just about any oddity I'm looking for. Back in the day I used to go to We Like It Lossless, before it was shutdown. Now, the old poster of that site has a new blog, under the same name, but he uses RapidGator to post links. RapidGator is the worst. I'm lucky if I can get four pieces down from them in a day and most items are chunked into three or more automatically. I usually just look at WLIL and then search for the same titles on rutracker.ru where 80% of the time they're there in an easy download format. Love that site
