There's restrictions for new members when downloading torrents, if you don't have a Seedbox or fast connection then just try grab some popular torrents that are small in size and seed for a very long time. TL is one of the easiest trackers to survive on after these restrictions are lifted, this is their way of getting rid of members who don't know what their doing.
