if they ban for Country ip change then it should be within the first week. Sometimes it happens in the second week.
I would advice you to not change the email or password of that account for atleast 2 weeks.

It's not like they ban accounts for IP change if you have a dynamic IP, they are not stupid...they ban if the IP change to one of another country..

I am 100% it does NOT ban anything.
You can change everything right away, I sold a lot of accounts all of them are fine. And I changed e-mail/password/passkey/everything.
Go ahead selling its 100% safe.
