So, WOP started in around 2016 and it got 15k users now.
Yet what I miss to understand is the site's activity.

I can stay in the IRC Channel for hours upon hours without a single message.
900+ was active within last 24 hours, yet only 12 seeders on the most active torrent (last 24hr).
What's up with this?
People keep joining but the activity never increases by the months.

What are y'all ideas on what they could do to increase activity in chat/seeders?

Like anything else in life, it's all about incentive. Staffers need to come up with ways to motivate people to do more.

You can always try another tracker. WOP is not that good in my opinion.

I will tell you a great general Romanian tracker - Filelist.ro

Have you tried that?
Filelist is very active with 1m+ users.

900+ people? Phew.. sounds like people logging in to keep the account active rather than downloading anything.

In saying that though it isn't like people are struggling for choice when it comes to trackers. Most general trackers have similar content and the visual appeal of WOP isn't that great.

Well, it wouldn't be my first choice these days, more active on sites such as IPT, TL etc when it comes to downloading/uploading.

Yet I've been there since 2016 so kinda sad with the activity & the community.
