I have copied this info from all my trackers to stay alive on them. So, Posting here might help other pirates. I can update if anyone wants to add here.

"Parking" Your account will only save it from deletion for 3 months (90 Days), with no login at all it will be deleted. Parking DOES NOT Save an account for Life! You must Login once a month for it to survive!

All members who wish to keep their accounts MUST log in once a month. Any account not logged into for 89 days will be deleted on day 90.
There are no exceptions to this rule. Once the account is deleted, it is gone forever. You will have to get a new invite and start all over.
Speed.cd
Unparked accounts are pruned when 3 months have elapsed since the last recorded activity. Parked accounts are pruned when 6 months have elapsed since the last recorded activity.
Also note that we regularly clean out accounts with very low share ratios.

New accounts with zero upload or download amounts that are inactive for more than 90 days are automatically disabled.
Simply logging in to the website is not considered activity for new accounts. To avoid being disabled, the account needs to be used for upload/download, otherwise it is inactive even if it is parked.
Accounts with greater than zero upload and download that are inactive for more than 90 days are automatically disabled.
Accounts that have been used and have upload and/or download will have to be logged into before the 90 days are up to prevent them from being disabled for inactivity. Seeding alone will NOT count towards activity.

Parking an account can save it from being disabled for inactivity but NOT a low ratio.
Parking an account indicates that the owner of the account will be away for a while, and the staff will take that into consideration if an account is unused for a period of time.
It is a good idea if you are going to be away to put the following information into the member "info" box in the user/cp settings: That you are going to be away for an extended period and the rough date of when you expect to return. When you return, visit us in the irc help channel and you will be re-enabled in most cases.
If an account is disabled for inactivity then the account is only retrievable by speaking to a staff member in the help channel of our IRC.
It has to be done on IRC because once an account is re-enabled for the above reasons - the staff needs to note your account and park it to prevent it from being disabled for inactivity again.
BeyondHD
Inactive accounts will be disabled after 45 days. This means you have to log in at least once every 45 days to keep your account. Seeding a torrent will
not prevent your account from being disabled.

Anyone who does not enter the site for 12 weeks after registration or has spent more than 12 weeks since his last visit will be automatically deleted.

You must login to the site at least every 119 days.If you get to the 120th day without logging in, your account will be Deleted/Pruned automatically by
the system.Once the account is Deleted/Pruned, there is no way to get it back.
