Very strange...i can access the website and torrents are seeding properly....even autodl-irssi is picking up new torrents.
Did you try a different browser? or clear cookies? Or maybe you fell into an IP range that is banned (even though i don't think ncore is doing such things). Try from another location to see if you can access it.

It is only working through vpn, still my old torrents seeding properly

Are you behind dynamic IP? can you try to get a new IP and see if you can access it? i suspect you fall behind a banned IP range

I have tried all this but no help, old torrents seeding ok so account is ok. I never heard that ncore ban whole countries or ip ranges before but who knows what is going on now.
