I uploade 17GB in the time of a few days and I get banned because I have a ratio of 15.754. Now I'm cheating even with proof of uploading and whatnot. Ridiculous!

If you are using seedbox in TL ,you have to notify staffers through IRC or pm so as not to suspect you

No seedbox here. I just uploaded a 6.11GB file to 3 different leechers really quickly. They said I was cheating until I showed them a screenshot of my upload. Then told me it was because of DHT and that I'd get perma-banned if it was ever turned on again.

all private trackers require you to turn off DHT and peer exchange, there were big warnings about this sometime ago

The torrents have a 'private' flag attached to them so you don't have to turn off DHT. They are just morons who don't know anything about how bittorrent works.

and why i can not download the files that puplished recently

@basam new users have a wait time (few hours) before they can download new stuff.try to cross seed until you get a good buffer, and then you wont have that wait time, and be able to download new stuff also.

TL has wait time for new users, or users with ratio well below 1, if i recollect right 16hrs max to be exact and it decreases depending on the ratio b/w (0-1), try to reach 15Gb upload with ratio above 1 you will not have wait times. Best way to build ratio there is by cross seeding, download old/new torrents with leechers still at it from there(better not from TL as you will get warned if you fall behind certain ratio and will get banned as well after few days if not make up the ratio) or some place else and seed there long as possible.
