i'm trying to download the torrent from morethentv but the antivirus block it how i fix it ?

Its unlikely that the antivirus is blocking the tracker itself, maybe its blocking the torrent client. Maybe add the application to the exception list?

Now its was downlond from there but i still get http error 403 why and how i fix it ?

Maybe your client is banned, try using another client.
