Whenever I am using a VPN.. My downloads and seeding stops

Hi.. this is a bit unusual thing. But I noticed the recent vpn that I bought this black friday isn't allowing me to seed or download. I am using bittorrent client. Any website that I get the torrent link from is not downloading or the completed torrents aren't seeding. Without VPN connection it resumes downloading and seeding. I have never witnessed something like this.. since all the VPNs claim that they are meant for privacy and security.. So it should allow me to use torrent. yeah? or am I wrong here?

Depends what you are using.. some don't actually allow torrenting through their services.

I'm not overly tech minded so excuse my ignorance, perhaps it is a port issue? Let us know how you get on with support anyway
