There's a forum where mods and admins go to discuss members, It's private and only for tracker staff, I think it's run by the tbdev guys. If you get caught spoofing or having multiple accounts they post your info there for the other tracker staff to see. You don't always get banned across the board unless somebody, usually an admin, requests you be banned from every participating tracker.

Anyway I am blocked on these.. I want to make all of T-I members to be aware of this
