My country is on the banned list of Pedro. Is there anyway I can access it?

Mate to be honest I don't know how to help you.

But nobody will post anything about Pedros in public since it risks their accounts.

It's better to PM to anyone of your friends who have Pedros and manage this issue in private.

One work-around is to get a private VPN like IPVanish. You can choose what country you want to redirect your IP from.

Given their extensive banned countries list I imagine all users would be required to browse or at least sign up from their home connection.

Pedro’s very strict with the banned countries list. I honestly don’t see a way around it.
They also forbid the VPN usage unless you request it prior with a good justification.

To be completely honest, I don’t think they are worth the hassle, I would recommend Redacted or even Orpheus over them.
