what's the best tracker specialize in programs ??

I usually use www.warez-bb.org for my software needs, it is not a tracker though. They have a dedicated team for appz.

Not tried www.cgpeers.to, but you can find loads of applications and tutorials. Check tracker review.

Ncore and IPT is the best for software programs , there is another tracker specialize in programs called >>> AppzUniverse l Software l Apps l 2015 Review

but i don't recommend it .. it has many dead torrents and they don't upload new programs
