I am in piano sheets but it has been down for the last couple of months. they don't have any stevie snacks stuff though.

docspedia.org has less but quality torrents over there. if you'd like to look in, let me know, i might help

edit: also, i recommend to you to look for a christopher parkening method book -if you are into classical guitar.

I haven't found any tracker which is dedicated to music learning tutorials only yet, but I suppose any e-learning tracker can fulfill you need (like TheGeeks etc)
