I have a strange problem i cant reset my password because the system doesn't recognize my email and i can't find any way to contact any staff member.

Can someone give me a clue on how to contact any admin ?

P.S If i try to create a new account the system detects my ip address as already used so i can't prove that i'm the rightful owner of the account.

They don't have irc server as far as i can see. No outside contact info, only way is for someone else to contact the stuff for you.

Anyway, I don't think it's a good solution, but you can use a vpn to create an account to seek for help. But most of the time the staff doen't really like that. If it's your only way to contact them....
