for bluray disks there's M-Team TP which is not too hard to join from my point of view, there's HDClub. There are more chinese trackers as well but are impossible to join in as of now. IPT usually tends to have disks for all movies and there's request section on IPT as well.

i think they will ban shared sedboxes, dedicated ones are allowed. also try to limit the upload speed and dont go to a ratio above 2-3, they dont like it when guys with 1-10-20 gbs seedboxes suck all the upload from the torrents and the chinese users get left with nothing. hdbits has same rules about seedboxes and when you can use them and how long on what ratios.

if you're talking about seedboxes.cc then no, they do not have any plans for dedicated boxes. I know you've a dragon box but it's not a dedicated seedbox as a whole, it's just a dedicated disk not the full setup so don't use that on CHDB incase you were talking about that.
