hey syfer i think IPT is the best TL is good but it's not easy to keep good ratio and no freeleech or bonus system reverse IPT has great bonus system and freeleech

In term of down time which tracker is better IPTorrents or TorrentLeech?

Just get both

Ipt is better but it doesnt hurt to have an alternative/backup general tracker

I think IPT buffered account is more than sufficient,I nearly find all torrents that I'm looking for,bonus is great,lots of freeleech

If you have IPT you don't need TL. 100% of the files from TL will be on IPT. TL has stupid wait times and hardly ever has any free leech. IPT also gives out invites more often. Both trackers are hardly ever down.

Ok ill use IPTorrents then as my back up tracker and my main tracker scc but seems to having trouble again so i need a back up one while they are down.

TorrentDay is a very good option as well. Right up there with those other trackers.

IPT is way bettter in terms of diversity in content and easier survival IMO.
