How stupid and abusive are scenehd staff?

I'm writing to share my experience being abused by scenehd staff recently and would like you guys to share similar experiences.
I'm new to torrent and do not have any friend who can give me invite for free. I assume there is NOTHING wrong about this.
BUT I want to have access to private tracker such as scenehd and I can either ask for or pay for the invite. Asking does not work since no one replied to my request AND I have the money to buy an invite from a seller. I bought one myself from someone on this site. However, I would never pay for one if I can get it for free.
Then my account got disabled, I went to scenehd Help on IRC. I told them that I have been travelling a bit and has not been able to use my torrent much and that was why the ratio was low (but still within acceptable level).
Their staff questioned me as if I was a thief: who gave me the invite, where did I meet him/her, how much did I pay for it.
I told them damm it, otherwise they reactive my account or fuck it off.
They then told me the nick of the people who sold me the invite, my profile on this site, bla bla.
They said they hate seller and people who buy invite but in fact they are real Thief as:
    1. They harbour piracy of copyrighted materials. It is an offence downloading copyrighted materials, even once.
    2. They must have hacked into someone computer to know that the people who sold me the invite is an seller. This is obvious illegal.
However, they try to act as if they are clean. How comes that they beg for every single $ donation to pay to run their website for free and actually they are deficit in many cases while other people still make money at their back.
More than one staff was questioning me and one of them was actually on social welfare.
My point is, all these torrent things are basically profit free. However, it is fair to pay/contribute some modest amount of money to keep the site running and so on. Why don't they just collect small fee from user when registering or a tiny maintenance fee in stead of begging for donation. This will help them to be financially viable and give people an decent entry in stead of paying someone to get an invite. Then they will not have to question people how comes that they got the invite.
In my experience, these people are STUPID, ARROGANT and ABUSIVE. What do you think?
I know that there can be many spies from scenehd here. Please identify yourself if you want to defence it.

That's why you should never buy an invite from a seller/trader. There's a high probability that you're going to get banned in matter of hours. Because a seller/trader is going to ''milk'' his account by inviting as much buyers as he can get. And there's a very high probability that one of the buyers is a moron or worse, a spy. I think it would be more wise to find someone who doesn't invite more than 2 people from one account, but of course, finding such inviters is not an easy task.

The biggest mistake you made was thinking you could persuade the SceneHD staff to reactivate your account. Of course they won't do it, they knew you were invited by a seller/trader. And that's one of the things they hate the most besides ratio cheaters.

You can do nothing about your lost account. If you want to be a SceneHD member again, let some time to pass, change your IP address, if you have a dynamic one, make a fresh email address, don't use the same password for your account, and the most important thing - find someone who isn't a ''known'' seller and trade with him or buy an invite.

''Their staff questioned me as if I was a thief: who gave me the invite, where did I meet him/her, how much did I pay for it.''

''In my experience, these people are STUPID, ARROGANT and ABUSIVE.''

You have broken their rule which clearly states that selling/buying invites is forbidden and will result in losing your account etc. They have all the rights to question you, if you go to their irc and ask for your account to be reactivated.

''I told them that I have been travelling a bit and has not been able to use my torrent much and that was why the ratio was low''

The fact that your ratio was low didn't help you much either.

Of course you're pissed now. I was in the same position when I lost my account 3 days ago. But shit like that happens all the time and if you're going to buy invites you have to live with it (with the fear of getting banned).

If you look hard enough you'll find SceneHD recruits on several BT & tracker forums. Follow the unicorn's advice about the IP and try getting into SceneHD legitimately.

I see you joined only in Nov, that's less than a month? Did you contact the seller to do something for you? It's possible your invite come from a hacked account. In that case you have the right to report him in the Dispute forum.

The rules say very clear that you have 30
Days garentee, and if its a well known seller im sure hé will give you another invite.

    Hard yes, but not unfair.

We all they to say out of the light, sometimes we can and sometimes we cant :/

Yes, I just got it for may be 2 weeks now and I have already contacted the seller but no reply yet. I'll wait for 3 days more then bring it to dispute.
However, I think the way they run some torrent sites is quite stupid. They have to beg for every single dollar donation while their users can sell invite. Why don't they just collect a tiny fee enough to pay for the hosting in stead of collecting donation. They can set free users with limited access then someone who want better access have to contribute some money.
In addition, scenehd staff must have css hacked into someone to know that the one who sold me the invite is the seller. This must be illegal. Why do they give themselves the right to do that thing. They should make it outright in their site intro that they'll HACK user's computer.
If we want something, either we ask for it (or beg for it), work for it, buy it or someone may even steal it. In this case, begging does not work, we can not/don't want to/don't know how to steal, and can not work for it while it is available for sale. This way they only make user looking for access to buy invite.

Nowadays any pimple faced 17 year old can take a Gazelle or TBDEV codbase, add a few mods, call it a tracker, then staff more dumb ass kids. There's new trackers popping up all over the place, some may have a little life in them and some just flop. Most of the great trackers never have any trouble paying server costs and never need to ask for donations and their donation bar is transparent.

    I'm the abusive OP

Yesterday dk197 aka jimmy1357 came into our help channel requesting his account to be re-activated.
He then tried to deceit us and then gave away his nick on torrentinvites.org (Which we googled for and that led us to this site.)

He then frequently parted/joined like the crybaby he is. He was in fact invited in away clearly against our rules. No one is allowed to sell invites to our website. We don't make any money from running website. We run this website as a hobby. Why should anyone else make money off of our website? Unlike some major torrent websites we're not trying to become rich.

We do not beg for donations, our users choose to donate voluntarily. I can only recall having to beg for donations once. And that was when we hadn't received any donations for well over a year. ALL donations are used to pay for server and bandwidth. We are not allowed to use the money for ourselves. That is against our principles. We do not want to become rich off of this website. But merely keep floating above surface so to speak.

We hacked someones computer? Allow me to LOL. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. It was you who yourself gave out the nick.

    <+jimmy1357> dk197_1357

You left a couple of minutes and then again came back to the channel and tried to insult us.

I'm pasting this log for everyones entertainment where he threatened with Interpol and so on: Lulz

Also, good luck tracing me. I'm connected through 7 proxies.

They have stepped there game up. So well done mengan.

I WONDER WHICH TI.ORG STAFF MEMBER IS THE MOLE??? LOL
