How many of you seed public tracker torrents after downloading?

I have a very low internet speeds dl120kbps ul40kbps.
So on public tracker Ilimit myself to 1:1 ratio.
But this month I got a seedbox from TI (Thanks to The Trader & TI community), so I seeded some torrents of mkvgod (a famous small sized HD content ripper) which were having very low number of seeders to a ratio of 200:1.
LOL I created 200 seeds on a single torrent.

I don't use public trackers, there not safe.
Seems a waste using a Seedbox on public trackers!

I've got to say that seeding the public torrrents makes a ratio of 100x

I downloaded that torrent 40GB through zbigz (a seedbox type thing) & it took 15 days to get completed on zbigz itself, so you can understand how shortage of seeds it was. I could not seed that much amount from my slow internet connection. I don't like to not give back what you would take, so I decided to put that torrent on seedbox. I t got completed on seedbox in 10 days & 5 days after that I removed it. So in a total of 50 days it got that much uploaded. I don't believe in just taking things, giving back is important too.

I understand mate, it's good to give back.

I just don't understand why people are still using public trackers though especially the way things have been lately, think of how much money an entertainment company would make if they fined every member who downloaded a particular movie €1000, this has already happened on public trackers and it will increase more and more.
There looking to make an example and public tracker users will surely pay the price as your all easy targets, not to mention the viruses and some spyware that gets past your firewall and antivirus software, these companies are backed by an endless amount of money and all it would take is for you to download one torrent on a public tracker and they have you in their sights!

I remember that one time i have downloading crysis II from tpb and then let it seed, morning i get surprised with that uploaded gb

Well in countries like India & china norms are not that hard, every broadband user downloads torrents, even the company serviceman once told me that if I wanted to download movies from torrents then I should take broadband unlimited plan.....lol

I just want to know is there any harm or negative aspect of using public torrents?

dont seed on them as dont use them but if i did use them dont think i would seed as no one else normally does on public trackers from what i remember
