This raises the question of How many does few mean?
id say A few is three or four.

As you may have noticed, we're quickly approaching our user cap, and so we've decided to limit invite buying to Elite members and above. The bonus point cost of an invite was also updated to 1.5M (from 750k). We'll reevaluate those changes periodically, the goal being to manage the pressure while also making us open to as many movie fans as possible.

Requirements: Must have an account age of at least 10 weeks, have at least 500 GiB of upload, and a ratio above 1.05. They must also have at least 50 torrents uploaded.
Privileges: Can access the Elite forums. They may purchase invites from the bonus store.

For CC , they don't have specific rank to be granted invites .
They distribute invites ONLY in special occasions like " new year , tracker's Birthday , etc.. "
getting a free invite is NOT hard through their IRC channel , they're friendly out there.
