It's dependable on your upload stats
Weekly:
Top 10,000 - 1 star
Top 1,000 - 2 stars

Monthly
Top 20,000 - 1 star
Top 1,000 - 2 stars
Top 100 - 3 stars
Top 10 - 3 stars + 1 blue medal of sorts
Top 1 - 4 stars + 1 red medal

Libble: Invites are given out per user class on the 8th and 22nd of each month.
