CartoonChaos invites are NOT granted upon promotion to power user class , Bonus points or donations.
Staffs distributes invites on special occassions like Tracker's birthday OR like what happens on each christmas , each user will get a present box to open it on the Christmas day & get rewards , some members are lucky enough to get invites gifts & so on!

@delCtrlA, for Norbits, i think PU+ should send email to staffs for an invite.
Invites are handed only people from nordic region
