I am interested on hit and run systems on the trackers. If somebody can help me with some infos about h&r on trackers I would be grateful.

A hit & run (H&R) is the practice of downloading a torrent and removing/stopping it in the BT client before it has reached a specific sharing ratio or required seed time (or both criteria), as stipulated in the rules for the tracker. As is often the case, members won’t be banned for a single H&R but when accumulated, they can be devastating. Some trackers may only allow members to have 5 H&Rs (or less) for the life of the account; others may have no limits as long as you remedy the torrent’s individual ratio.
But there are many trackers without this hit&run system.
TorrentShack : Hit and run system
Ratio system:
Will have no ratio rules. This means no Upload counted, no download counted, and no hit'n'run rules.
We would also like to point out that in removing the ratio rules from the site we will Not be storing any Torrent history at all, this information is auto deleted after 24 hours. There will be no trace of what you have downloaded. Due to this we will have no control over what you seed and what you don't seed and so therefore will have to rely on your good hearts to seed as long as possible for the other users. We are hopeful with no history of your activities here it will encourage people to create more of a community.
In the coming weeks we plan on implementing extra security features that have never been done before, that would make us a little revolution in the Torrenting world. Access to these extra features would only be available via donating, or activity in the forums, or a combination of both.
Not many yet. However as long as you seed 1:1 ratio you will be fine. IPT seems to be the worst because you have to seed to 1:1 no matter how long it takes. However other trackers have a time frame like SCC has 36hours. If you can not seed back to 1:1 ratio you can delete the file after 36hours. I like this idea. Not the IPT way. However IPT staff says it may change. DO not know about any other trackers. Maybe someone can make a list.
You can always use bonus points to kill you h&r at most sites.
IPT h & r system is sucks
