I am wondering which scene tracker (such as scc, tl, dh, fl, ipt, tl) has the fastest initial download speed. By this I mean when they first get a file from a topsite and they are the only ones seeding it before other seeders hop on board. Currently I am on theGFT and AR. Both of them get scene releases quite fast, but both of them seem to be limited to around 3 mb/s initial download speed (slightly older torrents can be much faster, as in 10 or 15 mb/s). Are there any scene trackers that can give me these speeds from the get-go?

In scene trackers Scene dump got seeded by beastly Autubots a.k.a Dedi-Seedboxes. So all would be same in terms of initial seeding. Yet I can recommend you SCC, TL, Ipt being super beast.

Actually, I have been doing some tests, and I figured out that in this case, download speed has a lot to do with server location. From my server in LA, i was getting 2 to 4 MB/s, but from a neatherlands based server, I could easily get 30 or 40 MB/s download speed just from the GFT's initial seedboxes.
