Please search google for this , and you will find the answer as to why the accounts are sold for cheap , or even given away sometimes , but nobody parts away with an invite.

As I know, accounts have the right to only one invite for lifetime so....one invite means how many accounts you want, once you've created a new account you give the old account and so on.
