By the way, does manga (Japanese comics) allowed on those trackers? Or it is only for Western-style colored comics?

I think only western. There might some trackers or pages with international comic collection

As I know on 32Pages you can't find Manga.

Been trying to get on to 32P for a while but the application always gets declined, not sure what more needs doing. Anyone have suggestions as to how they may have got in through the application process?

in the application form they have 5 major question type
1. general torrent knowledge
2. ratio proof from other trackers
3. your favorite comic book
4. latest comic book you read
5. definition of a comic book term
I passed their apllication lately its pretty simple.
