I`m having a problem to reset my password for my CHDBits account, i have tried 3 times now to request a new password and everytime i try to use the pass provided in the email from CHDBits admin, it says "username or password is incorrect".

I e-mailed back to admin several times now but still no answer..i`m afraid i will lose my account unless i can get in contact with the site admin.

Any suggestions?

What email did you use? I'm afraid there's no other way of contacting CHD's support but their forum: http://bbs.chdbits.org/forum.php

I used a regular Gmail address, the same address that i signed up with CHDBits. I don`t think the problem is with the e-mail provider but rather them sending passwords that don`t work.
Not sure what to do now..

I did buy the invite for my CHDBits account from a user here at TorrentInvites, is it a good idea to contact the person who helped me with the invite and ask him if he can help me with the account?

Your inviter could contact a staff member and ask for help for your account.

Problem solved, it turned out that when i copied (doubleclicked) the login details from the email, i got one extra empty space character in the password.
