As the two most exclusive trackers, what are the main reasons for BTN and PTP popularity?

Although the same material becomes available through MTV and Freshon (tv episodes) and HDTorrents (movies), is it simply that BTN and PTP have material available first?

I understand that BTN probably has any tv shows you can ever want available.......

I know that BTN is ratioless, maybe that's why.

I don't know about PTP.

More torrents, meaning more retention...better pre times...better speeds due to many seedboxes. Nothing that you can't live without actually other than the prestige of being a member of the "elite" trackers

2) HDBits: about 60,000 movie torrents
3) TehConnection: about 55,000 movie torrents

TV Series
1) BTN: 200,000 series torrents / (ratioless)
2) BitMeTV: 100,00 series torrents
3) HDBits: about 95,000 series torrents
4) MoreThanTV: about 45,000 series torrents / (ratioless)
5) FreshonTV: about 25,000 series torrents

On PTP not all the torrents are alive...
