Bitspyder disabled my account!
Reason According to them : Cheating

But the truth is i did not broke any of their rules:
It is a loop hole and not Cheating i mention again

This is What I Did :
I downloaded the same torrent file from bitspyder and four other trackers
then i started the bitspyder one and then added the trackers of the other four in it. in the add trackers box in Utorrent
Just like i did for TD and IPT here for a torrent, i searched the same file in both and mixed them so that Together they have more (Peers)
many say this is impossible (as one of the staff of bitspyder said)
but i have proof

u see the ipt peer =0 but td peer = 25
so at the end if i upload 250mb then both ipt and td get the same amount as upload
amount

Whats more i am sharing to the people , what i am downloading i am also giving it back(That's What Bit Torrent Is all about)
I am not making up upload values out of thin air like many other!!
So How does it makes me a Cheater ??
A cheater is one who does not give back and makes up upload values !!

What Happened then
1.There are more Seeders and Peers than each one of them (as the total Number is the cumulative of all of them) (Resulting in increase in speed)
2.all 5 trackers got the same information as the total ul or dl, i may be the last snacher on bit spyder but there were other peers on other trackers, so when they saw it they disabled my account
I Tried to reason with them they didnot even listen to my part and just kicked me out of the IRC
(Just like some Hot headed Kid Fighting for the candy)

Their Staffs are just un reasonable people

Can I upload your torrents to other trackers?

But it does not say dont download or upload data from them together!

According to me this is totally unfair and
Because of this i am now registered as a cheater. here [SAD - Very SAD]
I also Seeded every torrent for upto 20 hours

First of all i didnt cheat a bit , i have been faithfull to all other trackers


I ask Other Fellow members to comment on it and say is this Cheating or just another loophole (which i found out and Used).

So if you have been disabled for cheating, mean that you have cheated.

A cheater isn't a person who don't share.
people who donwload only wothout seeding is a LEECHER.
A cheater is aperson who use some programs to make fake ratio.
I think you alredy know who a cheater is.

Someone that does not share is a "Hit and Runner".

Someone that tries to increase his ratio without uploading anything is a cheater.

Keeping on posting won't do you any good. Just admit it... might actually be better for you...

the scripts check only unusual upload amounts or some unsual seeders/leechers, trackers, etc. when 1 of these happened it will inform staff. staff should check the situation. but they didnt check it and just disabled u.

This shows BitSpyder's staff's knowledge is not so much on this issue. they just disabled u bcoz didnt have any answer for it.

These was my 2 cent.

Men, if you have been disabled for cheating, then there are 99% of possibilities that you are cheater.

you are saying if a person is disabled then he is 99 % chance a cheater
, Once i got disabled due to the fact that i went into a controversy with a sysop and out of anger he disabled me >

so this is not always true

and many here are trying hard to say that i am a cheater
but they lack a common sense
that many trackers write their rules stating that mixing of trackers is prohibited
but in bitspyder there is no such rule

and when we sign up Tick on the box saying "we agree to follow all rules"

do we agree to follow those which are not written in the rules ??

don't add other trackers to torrent from any private tracker. The thing is, that your torrent client (e.g. uTorrent, vuze) reports stats back to the tracker and the tracker then counts them in your account (e.g. bitspyder account). When you added more trackers to the torrent, you uploaded data not just to bitspider users, but to users from other trackers too. Since your torrent client probably reports only summary (total downloaded data, total uploaded data), you reported back to the bitspyder that you uploaded to bitspyder users more then you actually did (you uploaded only part of it to bitspyder users, the rest was to users from other trackers). Hence you altered your stats in your bitspyder account in your favour, hence you were cough as a cheater.
