Well, imo all new trackers are shitty because it's very difficult to beat the old and respected ones. Useless in other terms.

but if you mean to ask which is the best, then that cannot be answered by anyone BUT you!.

there is no such thing as tracker levels and all that, sometime when you spend so much time trying to get into somewhere and then succeed, you ask yourself what did I waste my time for! ... in my opinion there is no such thing as best tracker, all have their ups and downs, and ofc you can join'em all and find out for yourself

Ncore is the best.. but it has less pretimes in english content as compared to others.
and ptm is also good.

nCore I believe...THR is also very good but croatian. Wouldn't said that AlphaOmega is piece of shit, it is relativily new tracker with good users, but not so many stuff on, and not so bright staff...
