for games gezelle games (GGn) is simply the best. other than that check out pixelcove, bitgamer, playbits

Warez-bb is a invite only site. You can check out 1337x for softwares. Make sure to scan before installing the exes.
For games, AR/IPT will fill your needs other than that you can look for fitgirl for repacks. But make sure to climb your way to GazelleGames.

GazelleGames has a ton of games. No software though.
